Open Microsoft Word, insert your CD, and bring up the certificate on your screen.
At the top of your screen, click on “View”, point at “Toolbars”, then click on “Forms”.
You should now see a toolbar on your screen. Click on the Padlock icon at the far right of the toolbar. This will "unlock" the certificate (it will un-highlight the Padlock icon).
Make your changes to the certificate.
Once you have made your revisions, re-click the Padlock icon on the toolbar (it will highlight the Padlock). This will "lock" the certificate.
You will need to save your revised certificate on your computer (as it will not save on the CD). Then you can simply open it from your computer anytime you like.
DO NOT BE AFRAID TO MAKE A MISTAKE. Remember, if you mess up, simply close the document, and start over. The original certificate will always be on the CD, so you can try as many times as you like.
