The ribbon sash may be worn at all official gatherings of the American Legion Auxiliary, including ceremonial exercises such as installation of officers and initiation of members. May also be worn when officially representing the American Legion Auxiliary at meetings of other patriotic bodies. Worn diagonally across the body (front & back), and over the right shoulder. 1" wide. 2-1/2 yards long.
